My name is Dave Flood; I'm a heating and cooling technician turned teacher with trade experience since 1969 and teaching for more than 10 years. My 25 years of training troops in the military coupled with my 39 years trade experience has given me a unique way of training people. I know what its like to be in your position, trying to make a living, and find a decent place to train. I've been in the hot attics in the summer, worked on the roof top units in the winter, and have shared dirt crawl spaces with mice, spiders and cats who think it's a big sandbox. "I'VE BEEN THERE, DONE THAT" Let me bring my one of a kind training boards to you. I'll show you how easy it is to install, wire and troubleshoot these controls during actual "Hands On" training. You'll find my training fun while attaining a great degree of knowledge. Technicians completing my seminars should leave with the confidence and skill needed to service their customer's equipment.
