See what Scott Schor has to say about the Hydronic System Design Seminar!

Dave,
Once again thank you for a fantastic educational experience. I've done all of these calculations while in college oh so many years ago (1980). But, like everything else, one uses it or loses it. I was quite intimidated prior to arriving at class but now feel like a seasoned professional. It was an outstanding class, and I look forward to our next one.

In October 2004, I had the opportunity and privilege to train technicians from the Vermont Fuel Dealers Association. Read the comments they wrote on their critique sheets.

"Class was an excellent refresher, and I still learned some new material."

"Excellent hands on training."

"Excellent refresher course."

"Excellent modules, good hands on experience."

"More classes by Dave Flood."

"The best instructor so far. Very interesting. Very hands on and useful."

"Course and instructor were very good. I feel like I've learned a lot."

"I think it would be good to add the TOR (Training on the Road) courses together. Combine some of these to a week long course w/hydronic controls, forced air controls and basic electricity all together."

"Offer more classes up this way for begining techs."

"This course was very well done. The instructor definitely has his act together."

Dave,

Thank you for a terrific training class. The classes are great for a first year apprentice to a seasoned professional. The information provided can be put to work the next day. The class really opens your eyes to many things we may have forgotten or have been told to ignore over the years. I appreciated the way you approached the class explaining things like a good friend who cares about what we are doing in the field. I can tell you the class included a wealth of information but I never felt overwhelmed. I have been to many seminars and technical training over the years. Most of them had the intention of only selling me or the company something. I look forward to attending and sending my men to future training classes.

Thank you,

Dean Demague

The seminar I taught in Oct 04 led to this following email from Randy Mead on 24 Nov 04.

Hi Dave - Two of my guys took some training from you and indicated that it was excellent. I have an additional 7 people I would like to train. It would be best if we could arrange it so you could come here to present your Hydronic Controls Seminar. We have a training room that seats 8 people. It has a large whiteboard and overhead
LCD projector. Please advise what your schedule might allow and what the cost would be.

Thank you.

As the saying goes, "Find a job that you really like to do and you'll never have to work a day in your life". Training technicians allows me that privilage. The rewards of helping fellow technicians is what inspires me to offer my unique hands-on training.

Hi Dave,
My name is Jeff Preston. I took your S-2 review course last month. I'm just writing to let you you know I took the test and passed. The course was a big help.

Thanks

The last week of March 05 I had the privilege to conduct my first seminar with techs from Irving Oil's West Lebanon, NH office. District Manager Greg Taylor forward a letter to me that he received from one of his techs.

On March 29th I attended an electrical class in White River Jct which was taught by Dave Flood. In my opinion it was probably the most well prepared and taught class I have ever been too. The subject was warm air and air conditioning control wiring. All of the electrical mock-ups were 1st rate equipment and Dave Flood is able to present the material in a manner that any competent tech should understand. The hands on training really brings and understanding of the controls and is far better than a lecture only class.

Gentlemen:

For the past three days Mr. Dave Flood has been conducting a training class in our conference room. The function was financed by and strictly attended by the folks from Irving Oil.

I knew this guy was good; I didn't know how good he is. The troops that attended his seminar raved about it. He covered controls, gas/oil and steam. I stepped into the class periodically to observe and found that he knows what he's doing.

As a company we would be well served to use him. Please consider it.
